With chocolate bars in Paramus, NJ and Bethesda, MD and Chocolate Bar/Restaurants in Boston, New York, and Philadelphia, Max Brenner sets itself apart from other restaurants by the obsession with chocolate.  Even the air around the restaurant premises smells like chocolate.  Spend a few hours in the restaurant enjoying food and drinks and your clothes will smell of chocolate.  This is truly the chocolate lover's paradise. Also with late hours on the weekends it's the perfect way to start or finish an evening out with friends.
Our Classic Chocolate Martini* 12.95 …shaken not stirred! milk & white chocolate, absolut vanilla, crème de cacao, garnished with a chocolate-dipped strawberry. Very tasty.  Interesting presentation in that it is served in a class with crushed ice in the glass below to cool the drink without diluting it.  I will say it is awkward to drink when full and the cause of some avoidable spills had the drink been served in a standard martini glass.
Boozy Peach Lemonade 12.50 absolut vodka, fresh lemon juice, peach nectar, served in a tall glass. Very tasty. Could barely taste the booze, and would venture to say this drink could be dangerous in the wrong hands.
Prosciutto & Apple Waffle Sandwich 14.95 prosciutto, gruyere cheese, sliced apples, lemon aioli.Cold Sandwiches on Max's house made rosemary-infused waffle.  Served with fresh cucumber and tomato salad.  Very tasty. Not so much on presentation here, but for fifteen bucks, was not a bad sandwich. Would definitely return.
The Best B.A.L.T. 14.50 crispy bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato & cilantro-avocado mayo. Served with waffle fries dusted with chili and cocoa powder. Add bacon, mushrooms, avocado or cheese for $1 each. Again, very good.  Presentation significantly better than the Prosciutto & Apple Waffle Sandwich.

Of Note:
Spices line the walls to spice up the decor.
The napkins.
An interior view of the dining area.
The restaurant also features a chocolate shop where various merchandise and goodies are available for home consumption.
